About Us
Tri-Cities United Soccer Club Mission & Vision

Mission: Prepare young people for the challenges of life through the game of soccer
Vision: To empower young people in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas with core values focused on strengthening their love of the game, building good character, instilling a strong work ethic and creating champions in the community through an educational soccer environment.

Tri-Cities United Soccer Club is a non-profit community sports organization based in the East Tennessee Tri-Cities area (Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport).

We instill a positive youth soccer culture for our players and sports community.  We create an environment where players find solutions, rather than coaches micro-managing them.

We are able to focus our attention on player development by connecting our teams together with a common curriculum and encouraging player movement and training opportunities within the club.

Our goal is to help each player reach his/her own personal potential and next level based on talent and growth.  We grow soccer for all players from recreational to those who aspire to play professional or college.
